Starting in body corporate back in 2002, Tina has experience in managing a variety of
schemes, committees and issues, striving to achieve the best possible outcomes. Body
corporate can often seem complex to many owners but Tina aims to always provide
clear and useful information to make living in a community scheme simpler. Her
strengths are organisation, attention to detail, problem solving and mediation. Having
worked alongside some of the industry’s most knowledgeable and regarded managers
and team members, she enjoys the challenges of her role and loves coming to work
each day.

Having lived and worked in multiple countries, Gary has gained a wealth of experiences
that have fostered an understanding of cultural diversity. This, coupled with his honed
communication and interpersonal skills, allows him to excel in a community
environment. Gary’s extensive exposure to a wide range of Bodies Corporate has
equipped him with the expertise to advise on complex matters and provide guidance to
committees on various Bodies Corporate-related issues. His travels and experiences
have not only broadened his horizons but also made him a valuable asset in the strata
industry.

Shana joins us with over 13 years experience in Body Corporate and Customer Service. She has extensive knowledge of the background processes, including accounts and insurance and enjoys diving into new projects, problem solving and building relationships with her clients. Shana has varied experience in management with schemes ranging from 2 lots to 370 lots, working closely with Committees and Building Managers through a variety of large building maintenance projects and assisting with the mediation and dispute resolution processes. Shana has recently decided to take a step back from the big city and focus on her growing family and following her passion for strata by joining Toowoomba Body Corporate.
