About Us
TBCM manages bodies corporate and community titled communities in the Toowoomba and surrounding areas including Highfields, Warwick, Goondiwindi, Dalby and Gatton. TBCM commenced operations in 1992 under the banner of David W. Swan & Associates Pty Ltd before acquiring the business of Toowoomba Body Corporate Management in 2003. The two businesses were then merged.
We provide an administrative service to look after the common property of strata titled property and take away the worry of day to day management while working with the Body Corporate committee. We are mindful of the costs to owners and have developed our own systems that provide an efficient service at an affordable cost, while working to maintain the capital value of units.
